As a principal consultant with DuPont Consulting Solutions, he led DuPont's Corporate New Product Network and implemented rapid cycle-time product development processes in several DuPont business units. "Innovation is not the end, it's only the means to meet your strategic vision, whatever that might be. You should use innovation as a tool to do whatever is strategically important. Too often, innovation initiatives are about coming up with a vision of innovation, not a vision of the company's strategic business goals. I'm interested in helping companies develop innovation competency, not for its own sake but as part of all the processes that are geared to delivering to the market your long-term vision of success. If you've jumped on the innovation bandwagon but haven't been satisfied with the results, call me." Hear from Richard. Talk to Richard.
